Why this site?

If you are asking yourself just why you are here? Don’t worry, you aren’t the only one. Basically, I’ve set this site up for friends and family who have asked us what is going on with our house. More specifically, what’s the latest on your long term remodeling plans for your house. Now, it’s not that I don’t talk to people and can’t give them the latest information or anything like that. But I don’t always have pictures handy to show what it is we are doing, design choices we are making and so forth. Having this site will make that a whole lot easier. In addition, it will be a place I can park house related info; construction updates, decision points, stories (all good I’m sure), etc. Somebody out there may find the info of value. Even if it is just one person then the site will have been a bigger success then ever imaged.
So if the above didn’t really explain why? for you. Then I’ll simply say; Why? Because I can!
